Fennecs live in the Sahara Desert. Their huge batlike ears radiate heat to keep them cool in the desert. It's ears measureing 6 inches appear to be on a loan from a bigger relative. The Fennec is the smallest of the foxes in the world. Fennecs dwell in the Sahara and North Africa. Their nocturnal habits help them withthe hot desert, also their physical habits help them as well. Fennecs have long, thick fur that insulates them during the cold nights and protects them from the hot sun during the day. Fennecs are not just wild animals, their house pets too! Their adorable looks make them really cute and nice and loving pets. In the desert their cute looks make them look tasty, Jackals, Striped Hyenas, and domestic dogs eat the cute little Fennecs.
The Rosy Boa is a nocturnal animal which takes refuge underground during the day, and comes out at nicht to get its prey. Rosy Boas are animals that many people keep as pets and some people breed them to. Adults range in size from 2-4 ft. Average lifespan of a Rosy boa is 20 or more years.
Common Kingsnakes are usually 2-4 ft. long and rarely 7 ft. long. The Common KIngsnake has a powerful body which helps it kill it's prey. The Common Kingsnake is active early in the day and becomes nocturnal at night.
